How to Prepare

Make sure you are ready for a life changing experience !

  • The best way to prepare for your QHHT session is to focus on creating a list of questions.  These questions are what will guide your session.  It is helpful to have the questions broken up into categories such as Health/wellness, Personal, Spiritual, Professional, etc.  A list of example questions can be found on the next page.

  • It is also helpful if you mark the most important questions.  While I will do my best to answer everything on your list, you can only be under for so long and a lot depends on the pace that your SC answers questions.  Please email me your list of questions before your session.

  • Our intentions go a long way in what we experience so set the intention that you are going to have a great session!

  • Trust. Trust the experience.  Everything we discuss is kept confidential so do not be worried about your story being shared.  It is important that you feel safe to open up so every session is private.  No spouse, children, or anyone else may be with you.  You can of course share our recording at your discretion with anyone you choose afterwards.

  • It can be helpful to practice a few visualization exercises to hone this skill.  Although many people with no background in any type of meditation or spiritual practice have fantastic sessions, it is helpful to meditate the morning before or to do something you find tranquil and relaxing.

  • Please refrain from drugs or alcohol on the day of your session. You need to be in a clear state of mind and a session can’t be conducted with anyone under the influence.  Also try to limit caffeine, if you normally have several glasses in the morning try to cut it back to one.  Of course, your regular prescription medication is alright.

  • Your session will be recorded so please bring a USB stick with you so that I can load a copy of your session on it for you. It will be important to listen to it again later.  You may remember some, all or nothing about your session.  Either way, the more you listen to the recording, the more the healing that occurred can be reinforced.

  • Since you will be with me for about 5 hours please make sure you eat before and bring a light snack for afterwards. It is important that you eat something after your session to help ground you.

  • It is a good idea to be wearing something comfortable as you will be spending a lot of time lying down.  If you normally wear a lot of makeup it's a good idea to keep it light as some clients do cry during a session.

  • It is also important that you do not have much planned on this day.  You want to feel that you are not in a rush to get to anything right after.  This is a very big experience and you will be wanting some time to process and integrate the information you receive.

  • Do not set expectations.  Every session is different and unique in its experience.  Setting expectations can limit how the information or healing could happen so come with an open mind.

  • This type of experience is so powerful because we are getting advice and information from you.  This is not someone else telling you what they think you should do or what they think your experiences mean.  I am the facilitator and guide the session, but all the information and healing comes directly from you..

  • If you have any questions about the process please do not hesitate to contact me.  I am happy to answer anything that I can.
