-After your session-

 

It is important to have some “me time”, so make sure that the rest of your day is not packed with activities or that you are not doing anything that would require a lot of concentration.

You will be in an alert but relaxed and blissful state. Many big things can come up in a session and you may appreciate the time to contemplate your experience. 

 

It is also important that you eat right after to help ground yourself.

 

While it is important to listen to your recording as it will help with healing and integration, it is important to NOT listen to your recording while driving.  

 

It is a good idea to pay attention to spontaneous ideas, dreams or messages you may be receiving afterwards.  After your session, your connection to your higher self is stronger and it may remain easier to receive messages.
